How are draft messages processed?: Your draft is sent to the Ballast rewriting workflow and the result is stored privately in your account. Nothing is shared with other customers.
What is the difference between Calm and Firm?: Calm de-escalates tension and reduces emotional friction. Firm establishes clear boundaries and deadlines without hostility.
Can I review what changed?: Yes. Every rewrite includes a key adjustment summary naming the phrasing that was rebalanced.
When is a credit spent?: Only when you submit a rewrite yourself. Nothing runs on page load, and a failed run keeps your draft.
Do credits expire?: No. Your balance stays until you use it.
